New Partnership with New Bedford Public Schools

A Bold Step Toward Diversity and Excellence in Education It was a true pleasure to meet with Superintendent Andrew B. O’Leary, along with Kleidy Oliveira, Equity, Diversity, and Recruiting Manager; Heather Emsley, Executive Director of Human Capital Services; and Sonia Walmsley, Executive Director of Educational Access & Pathways, we explored the growing need for international educators and the positive impact that cultural diversity can have on the learning experience for students. New Bedford Public Schools is committed to providing an inclusive and dynamic educational environment for all students. By partnering with RVP Consultants, they are taking a significant step toward enhancing their talent pool with international teachers who bring new perspectives, teaching methods, and experiences that will inspire students and create global connections in the classroom.
